We also provide 30 days money back guarantee in case you are dissatisfied with our products or services for any reason. Products with physical damage cannot be accepted for returns.
Customers must report parts that are DOA or damaged during transit within 7 days of delivery otherwise such claims will not be accepted.
Customers pay for return shipment and Memory America pays for replacement shipment.

Parts that are not in Manufacturer Sealed Packaging
Examples of such products are new bulk OEM original parts. We offer 1 year replacement warranty for such products. We also provide 30 days money back guarantee in case you are dissatisfied with our products or services for any reason. Products with physical damage cannot be accepted for returns.

Parts that are in Manufacturer Sealed Packaging
Examples of such products are new manufacturer sealed hard disks, solid state drives, etc.. Customers can return such products for credit or refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery so long as the products remain in their original sealed boxes (never opened). Once opened, the products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Customers will need to contact the manufacturer directly in order to receive a replacement or send them in to the manufacturer for repairs if such products fail after their boxes have been opened.
